About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at EG A/S. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the product strategy for our retail and wholesale software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to chart the course for our products and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our retail and wholesale clients.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that cater to the industry's latest trends and technological innovations, such as AI.
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and legal/business experts to gather insights and inform product decisions.
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to drive product development and ensure our solutions set the standard for excellence in the retail and wholesale sector.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the retail and wholesale industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Lead product development teams to create industry-leading solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, business cases, and product strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership, to ensure product strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the retail and wholesale software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial and operational implications of product decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
