TN Norway is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our team and support the growth and development of our private equity franchise.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned investment professional to play a key role in supporting and developing our private equity franchise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private equity investments, sourcing and screening new investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and demonstrating best-in-class analyses.

They will also work closely with stakeholders and clients to support and grow the private equity franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of private equity investments.
  • Sourcing and screening new investment opportunities across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments.
  • Leading due diligence processes and demonstrating best-in-class analyses.
  • Recurring monitoring and performance management of executed investments.

The ideal candidate should have a solid work ethic and professional demeanor, an investor mindset, and proven investment experience.

A Master's degree in finance/economics/business is required, as well as minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with private equity investments.
