About the JobThis Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager position will be a part of the newly established Nordic Program Management office. The Nordic PMO delivers the largest and most complex programs/projects within TN Nordics, characterized by their impact on clinical workflows, large number of system integrations, implementation of Medical Device, custom development, and complex project environments.
You will become part of a pleasant and enterprising group that enjoys social activities such as padel, participation in the Holmenkollen stafetten (relay), annual kick-off gatherings with our Nordic colleagues, and other fun festivities.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Manager at TN Norway, you'll experience firsthand the cutting-edge technology driving advancements in the healthcare sector. Your work will directly impact clinical workflows, system integrations, and the implementation of Medical Devices, contributing to positive changes in society.
- Successfully deliver large-scale projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness with a focus on customer benefit realization.
- Drive the development and implementation of standards, processes, tools, and skills for leading projects and project portfolios.
- Proactively manage risk, motivate, and lead a team of project managers to TN Norway standards.
- Control adherence to the TN Norway project delivery process, managing scope creep and variation.
To be considered for this Program Manager position, you will need to possess:
- A university degree (MSc.) in Business Administration or Technology.
- Minimum 5 years leading complex ICT projects, with at least 8 years in IT, telecom, or healthcare.
- Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Experience in process development and continuous improvements.
