About the role

The Accelerator Program Manager will work in our Oslo office and be responsible for planning and running the day-to-day operations of the accelerator program for seed to series A companies. In addition, the role will plan and run the post-program activities for our growing portfolio of impactful Ocean startups, exposing you to fresh solutions that will shape the New Blue Economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships with local and regional domain experts to improve content and contextualize Katapult Ocean's training modules.
  2. Develop and contextualize program content, understanding critical needs of cohort companies, setting objectives to support these needs, and helping them to develop breakout solutions to scale.
  3. Work closely with the investment team and cohort companies to understand their support and execution requirements and align the Katapult Ocean internal offering to meet these needs.
  4. Connect the cohort with top advisors and mentors regionally and globally.
  5. Foster a strong, high-performance, and collaborative culture with the cohort business.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to arrange events aligned to our business objectives, e.g., sourcing talent and startups, fostering the ocean ecosystem, etc.
  7. Identify opportunities for our startups to collaborate and facilitate partnership discussions.
  8. Lead alumni engagement program activities in supporting the cohort and portfolio companies, post the accelerator program.
  9. Track feedback from cohort companies using qualitative and quantitative data to report on performance metrics and continuously strive to improve the accelerator program.
