We're seeking a motivated Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Findable. As a key player in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of AI-powered real estate compliance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Take ownership of the onboarding process, customizing it to meet each customer's unique needs and goals.
  • Proactive Engagement: Regularly check-in with customers, provide training sessions, and conduct business reviews to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify at-risk customers early and implement strategies to increase retention, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for customers, ensuring smooth handovers from Sales to onboarding.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and ongoing customer success efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze product usage data and track customer health metrics.
