About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our medical function, you will play a critical role in building and developing enduring relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Your primary focus will be on executing our medical strategy (including omnichannel engagements) with a primarily focus on the external environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions in an omnichannel manner. You will also engage external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange for the Neurology therapeutic area during one-to-one interactions and group settings.

You will organize and engage Key Opinion Leaders & Healthcare Professionals during local group scientific meetings, according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with Norway Neurology Medical plan.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in Neuroscience knowledge, and experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal relationship, transversal collaboration, learning agility and use of CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate the clinical value of our pipeline assets and products to population-health/formulary decision makers, provide high-quality, accurate, balanced, and directed information to key customers and stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Fostering partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care.
  • Developing and executing individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Neurology Medical Plan.
  • Generating high-value, actionable insights and proposing solutions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
