We are strengthening our team with a motivated and self-driven medical colleague. The position will cover the entire product portfolio within oncology in Norway, focusing on bladder cancer. This role requires frequent travel to establish strong relationships with oncologists, discuss medical and scientific knowledge, and enhance our medical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a network with oncologists for discussions in areas like bladder cancer, colorectal cancer, and head and neck cancer.
  • Develop and disseminate scientific knowledge about these diseases, treatment regimens, and medications.
  • Identify medical needs and develop strategies to position ourselves as trusted advisors and supporters in therapeutic areas.
  • Maintain an external presence to discuss data related to these areas and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Build professional relationships with healthcare experts, participate in conferences, and engage in scientific exchanges.
About You:
  • You hold a university degree in a medical or scientific field (preferably MD or Pharm).
  • You have experience from the pharmaceutical industry in medical roles (MSL/Medical Advisor or related).
  • You possess substantial professional, clinical or research experience in oncology and knowledge of the Norwegian public healthcare sector and regulatory processes.
  • You have highly developed interpersonal, communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
  • You can analyze and evaluate publications on scientific content.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian & English.
