We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and dynamic individual to take on the role of Technical Development Specialist (TDS) within our Nordic Structural Heart (SH) division in Norway. The Structural Heart sector is a vital growth area for Medtronic, boasting an exciting pipeline with numerous forthcoming product launches. Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with:

• Promoting the complete range of Structural Heart products to leading hospitals in Norway, with a focus on: Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) and Transcatheter Pulmonic Valves (TPV).

• Organizing and delivering clinical and technical support in the catheterization lab, providing education and assistance to medical professionals.

• Establishing strong ethical business relationships with clients to enhance product utilization and increase market share through strategic selling and tailored commercial proposals.

• Identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nursing staff, department heads, and procurement officers.

• Preparing tender specifications, ensuring alignment of pricing and product positioning with strategic requirements.

• Assisting the Market Development Manager in identifying and promoting market development opportunities and fostering collaborations on targeted projects.

• Collaborating effectively within the team and across the organization to leverage skills and insights throughout the business.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the Medical Device sector and Tender Management.

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to understand and assimilate complex medical and scientific information.

• Skilled in identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, and influencing stakeholders.

• Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and matrix organization.

• Valid Driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Structural Heart domain.

• Familiarity with interventional/cath lab settings.

• Background in case support.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system.
