We are looking for a talented Cloud and IT Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying future leads, and aligning Arrow ECS services and values with customers' business strategies.

You will work closely with IBM locally and in Europe, sharing tasks with an extended Inside Sales team in Tallin. You will be responsible for presenting solutions, making offers, building a pipeline, and following up on opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Our team fosters good teamwork and cooperation, and we offer a competitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on your performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop business by aligning Arrow ECS services and values with customers' business strategies.
  2. Achieve sales targets by presenting solutions, making offers, building a pipeline, and following up on opportunities.
  3. Maintain close cooperation with vendors to ensure that Arrow ECS meets its targets.
  4. Develop internal processes to provide high-level services.
  5. Foster good teamwork and cooperation within the team.
  6. Manage the entire sales process, from quoting to cash collection.
  7. Identify new prospects and partners.
  8. Build competencies in IBM and Red Hat solutions.
  9. Manage the IBM Build program (OEM of IBM solutions) and contract management.
  10. Adapt to and learn new processes.
