About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Independent Partners team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting partnerships with stores to reduce food waste.

You will work closely with our partners to ensure they have an exceptional experience with Too Good To Go, helping them capture surplus food and become ambassadors of the food waste revolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Client-Facing Experience: Proven sales, account management, or customer service skills
  • CRM & Data Analytics Skills: Experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Analytical & KPI-Driven: Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to effectively communicate with partners over the phone
  • Problem-Solver: Data-driven mindset to identify areas of opportunity

Requirements

  • Full written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Experience in relationship management with clients and/or key stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics
  • Ideally, previous experience in sales/upselling
