Job Title: Norwegian-speaking Remote Freelance International Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Freelance Remote International Recruiter to join our team at Next Job Abroad. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions, primarily focusing on roles abroad where fluency in Norwegian is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Norwegian (proficiency in English is also required).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role. Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools or willingness to learn and work in said systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
