About the Role

This part-time, in-office position is based in Oslo, envisioning approximately 20% of your time. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and providing an exceptional environment for all employees and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities and operations of the Oslo office.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and external teams, managing access.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Oversee vendor management, including IT/AV support, building management, equipment, deliveries, etc.
  • Handle purchasing for the office and house, ensuring the space is organized.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Plan in-office and virtual events regionally and company-wide with People Operations and the Social Committee.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Ops, Receptionist, or similar.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a 'no task is too small' attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive and productive office environment.
  • Self-directed and capable of working with minimal guidance.
