Job Description

As a Flow Assurance Lead/Engineer, you will be responsible for all Flow Assurance related issues to ensure optimal and safe design of the relevant field based on Equinor values and requirements. Your key tasks will include working as a Flow Assurance Engineer in our oil & gas or carbon capture & storage (CCS) development projects, performing flow assurance analysis, managing interfaces with key disciplines, and ensuring documented quality of Flow Assurance deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree or PhD in Fluid Mechanics, Multiphase Flow, Physics, or other relevant technical disciplines. You should have minimum 7 years of experience with flow assurance work in development projects, expert competence with use of the flow assurance simulation tools, and ability to work independently to plan and provide specialist support to address Flow Assurance related issues. Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and in diverse teams are essential, as well as creative, analytical, and flexible skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and Norwegian skills are beneficial.
