We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Fieldnode. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Contract Management:
- Develop and implement effective contract management processes to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate and manage contracts.
- Negotiation and Risk Management:
- Negotiate terms and prices to ensure the best possible deals for Fieldnode.
- Identify and manage potential risks within contracts, including legal, operational, and financial risks.
- Relationship Building and Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to manage contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues.
- Create and implement strategies for contract management to support Fieldnode's overall objectives.
- Experience:
- Minimum five years of experience in managing contracts within the relevant industry.
- Experience in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Education:
- A relevant academic degree, often in law, business administration, or a related subject.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent sales skills, including the ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of contract law, including the application and interpretation of laws and regulations.
