This exciting opportunity is part of an integrated omnichannel approach, with a focus on pharmacy and mass market channels. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales Force Lead and their team to develop and execute strong customer business plans.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing key commercial initiatives across sales channels, delivering flawless execution of commercial strategies, and driving sales and profit growth ahead of competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executing key commercial initiatives across sales channels.
  2. Delivering sales and profit target and market share growth ahead of competition.
  3. Gross to Net improvements: Implementation of price increases, ROI optimization, discounts, joint marketing, category plans, price and assortment.
  4. Driving customer negotiations and optimizing investment for brand strategy; Implementation of campaign activity plans to ensure growth.
  5. Monitoring and evaluation of customer development, market conditions and competitive activities (Consumption data, POS data, internal financial reports).
