Du vil få mye ansvar og frihet til å utvikle finance-funksjonen i selskapet og får muligheten til å utvikle rapporteringspakker, cashflow-analyser og prognoser, i tillegg til å ta del i funding-prosesser og dialogen med våre investorer.

Du vil jobbe tett med ledelsen i selskapet som alle har bakgrunn innen finans, regnskap og top tier konsulentmiljøer. Du vil ytterligere ha tilgang til faglig sparring med finansfunksjonen i Askeladden & Co. Du vil derfor ha mulighet til å ta mye ansvar og utvikle deg raskt, men med trygge rammer og god støtte.

Sentrale arbeidsoppgaver og ansvarsområder

  • Måneds- og årsavslutning, samt løpende rapportering
  • Forbedre og forenkle rapportering og ha kontroll på de viktigste inntekts- og kostnadsstrømmene, men du fører ikke nødvendigvis bilag selv
  • Stor frihet i utvikling av rapporteringspakker, cash flow-analyser og prognoser
  • Være en viktig del av Rebil sine fundingprosesser (har hentet EK >50 mNOK og lån på ~100 mNOK)
  • Ta del i investoroppfølgingen og være en viktig del av selskapet. Du vil være med på møter med ledelsen og styret
  • Gjennomføre selvstendige prosjekter iht interesser og selskapets behov
Vi ser etter deg som har et brennende ønske om å bidra til at Rebil får den best mulige beslutningsstøtten.Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
  • Høyere økonomisk utdanning, gjerne innen regnskap og revisjon med sterke akademiske resultater
  • 2-5 års erfaring fra økonomi/regnskap/revisjon
  • Sterke analytiske egenskaper
  • Svært god teknisk forståelse (CRM/ERP-systemer, Excel)
