We are CatalystOne Solutions, a leading provider of HCM-software, driven by customer success and a strong value-based culture. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Knowledge Manager to join our team.

As a Product Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for creating new product documentation for our monthly feature updates. This involves collaborating closely with project managers and drafting content as soon as feature details become clear.

You will also focus on enhancing the tools and processes that support high-quality documentation. Early projects may include conducting a full audit of our Administration Guide, designing a more intuitive structure for project documentation, and establishing a streamlined process for creating new documentation.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent pedagogy skills, able to break down complex concepts into core components, guiding the reader to independently master new features. You should also have strong writing skills, conveying instructional content clearly, concisely, and in an approachable manner.

A knack for organizing information in an intuitive way, minimizing distractions for the user, is essential. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and corporate wikis is a must. Bonus points for experience with Markdown or any coding languages.
