Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Manager to lead our project engineering teams in various segments of the offshore industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical execution of projects, including reducing costs and maximizing profits without compromising quality or safety.

  1. Lead high-competent, multi-discipline project engineering teams across Offshore Field Developments, Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF), Tow and Mooring Operations, Renewables, Decommission, and Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) segments.
  2. Define and organize the Project Engineering Team to achieve project success.
  3. Establish and maintain project CTRs and ensure alignment with agreed deliverables and resources.
  4. Drive efficient engineering solutions, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience within the subsea construction industry, North Sea and International field development projects.
  • An engineering degree, Master or Bachelor.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-focused, and quick to make informed decisions.
