We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate focused on the Scandinavian market.

About the Job

This role will involve executing our Customer Success strategy, building strong customer relationships, and executing customer success objectives for our Aquaculture Intelligence customers.

The ideal candidate will have passion for success and a collaborative approach, experience with support and success work, and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer onboarding, training, and first-line support inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent follow-up meetings, identifying specific unmet needs and new opportunities.
  • Resolve client challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on equipment performance and features.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Perform needs analysis of existing clients to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Passion for success and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with support and success work - including teaching or training.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Good writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Fluency in Norwegian.
