About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD Candidate to join our team at NTNU, focusing on developing comprehensive safety checklists tailored for the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Risk Analysis or Naval Architecture and excellent English language skills.

This project aims to establish advanced safety protocols that enhance operational safety and regulatory compliance for marine operators. You will work closely with our partners, the Korea Maritime Transportation Safety Authority (KOMSA), to conduct research and develop practical solutions for the maritime industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
