About the Role: We are seeking a talented sales specialist to work with the latest technological solutions and world-class brands. As a sales specialist at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for finding new partners/resellers and onboarding them as TD SYNNEX resellers in the Norwegian market.



Responsibilities:


  • Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share
  • Drive sales and marketing across the portfolio, including new product launches and other business development initiatives, to optimize results
  • Have a clear understanding of Smart meetings and Smart Signage
  • Interact directly with sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practices on business, technology, and process improvements
  • Find new partners/resellers to onboard them as TD SYNNEX resellers in the Norwegian market


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills in the local language and English, both verbally and in writing
  • A skilled relationship builder with high energy and motivation
  • Business-driven and capable of strategic thinking with a strong orientation towards services and solution selling
  • Preferably, a good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of how the channel works, with experience working within a matrix structure. Ideally with a sales, business development, or product marketing background.
