Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate the Instrument discipline, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  2. Utilize expertise and experience with Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) systems to drive project success.
  3. Develop and implement project plans for the Instrument discipline, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  4. Conduct quality control of deliverables at the discipline level, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  5. Provide technical advisory services to project stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
  6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other disciplines in the project, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge in Instrumentation and Control.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation and Control.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil, gas, or land-based industries, with a strong background in E&I systems and project management.
  3. Proven understanding of deliverables within the Instrument discipline, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  4. Familiarity with Project Engineering and Management (PEM) and Project Work Group (PWG) processes is a significant advantage.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
