Director of Affected Nation's Military Intelligence Service

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Affected Nation's Military Intelligence Service to support NATO's Joint Warfare Center's high-priority exercises. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, producing, delivering, and archiving new settings and scenarios, as well as updating and reviewing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in military intelligence to realistically represent the exercise scenario to the training audience.
- Coordinate intelligence operational matters within a team of representatives for the Affected Nation and with other AN intelligence representatives.
- Develop a basic Concept of Operations for the representation of military intelligence in the conflict, coordinating with other intelligence and security representatives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers at the governance level.
- Ensure compliance with NATO's exercise and training program requirements.
- Three years of working experience within the last 10 years in a senior level position within or alongside the military intelligence community.
- Experience in briefing senior leaders/decision-makers at the governance level in a National or Multinational environment.
- Achieved OF-4 Rank in a relevant military intelligence role.
- Familiarity with the latest intelligence software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 3333 – Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) or equivalent.
- Active NATO or U.S. SECRET or higher security clearance.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Travel may be required to support NATO's exercise and training program.
