Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development of innovative radioligand therapies for treating solid tumors. Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you will lead the design of translational strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them into clinical trials.

This role requires a strong scientific background and a thorough understanding of drug development. You will leverage your expertise to lead the team and shape the company's mission to bring radioligand therapies to patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the Preclinical organization, combining internal expertise and external consultants to achieve program and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement biomarker strategies, including assay development, validation, and data analysis for oncology programs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports or team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Tech Ops, and CMC groups to augment IND-enabling packages and translational plans for promising preclinical programs.
  • Contribute to the authoring of relevant sections of clinical and regulatory documents.
