Vi søker etter en kvalitetsleder som vil bidra til å utvikle og gjennomføre store og komplekse byggeprosjekter.

Oppgaver:
  • Følge opp, veilede og bistå til etterlevelse av styringssystemet i prosjektet
  • Samarbeide med alle delprosjekter på tvers av prosjektets byggetrinn, for oppfølging av entreprenørenes kvalitetsarbeid
  • Samarbeide med nøkkelpersoner i utvikling av prosjektets prosedyrer, rutiner og veiledninger
  • Ansvar for arbeidet med revidering av prosjektets styringsdokumenter
  • Ansvar for å utforme, vedlikeholde og følge opp prosjektets kvalitetsplan
  • Følge opp at kontrollplaner utarbeides, kvalitetssikres og gjennomføres
  • Arbeid med prosjektets avvikssystem for kvalitet, og oppfølging av registreringer i systemet
  • Bidra i tilbudsevaluering og gjennomgang av leverandørers kvalitetssystem
  • Ansvar for å koordinere og planlegge revisjoner, samt bidra til at resultatene fra revisjonene følges opp
  • Samarbeid med Statsbygg og Byggherreavdelingens fagmiljø for videreutvikling av Statsbyggs kvalitetssystem
  • Andre oppgaver kan være aktuelle, og den som ansettes vil ha påvirkningsmulighet ut i fra kompetanse og motivasjon

Vi søker etter en medarbeider som er motiveret og har ønske om å bidra til å utvikle og gjennomføre store og komplekse byggeprosjekter.

Krav og ønsker
  • Relevant og solid erfaring fra kvalitetsarbeid, fortrinnsvis i store byggeprosjekter
  • Det vil bli lagt vekt på erfaring med samspill som gjennomføringsmodell/kontraktsmodell
  • Erfaring med utvikling og tilpassing av kvalitetssystemer i komplekse organisasjoner
  • God fremstillingsevne på norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
  • Ønskelig med kurs innen kvalitetsledelse og revisjonsledelse
  • Ønskelig med kompetanse innen kvalitative og kvantitative metoder
  • Det kreves sikkerhetsklarering og autorisasjon for nivå KONFIDENSIELT, jf. Sikkerhetsloven § 8-2. Den rette kandidaten må kunne oppnå både sikkerhetsklarering og autorisasjon.
