About the Role

COWI A/S is looking for an experienced Critical Capabilities and Learning Manager to join our People Organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our engaging learning and development agenda. This includes identifying, developing, and enhancing key abilities across COWI globally.

In this role, you will design and implement learning strategies that enhance employee skills and capabilities. You will also work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to build robust solutions for upskilling. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Strategic Workforce Planning team and stakeholders in People & Organization and business leaders to oversee implementation.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications in Learning and Performance, Training and Development or similar is preferred.
  3. 8 - 10 years of experience in Organisational development, Learning and development, Talent Management or similar.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale learning projects and programs in a complex and international environment.
  5. Proficient analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply across all levels of the organization.
  6. Strategic thinking, agile to adapt to changing business demands.
