Main Responsibilities:
  • P&L and personnel responsibility
  • Continuous development of service business, driving efficiency, digitalization, and introduction of new service offerings
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction & loyalty, including following up on the delivery of services with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability
  • Being the point of contact for and following up on relevant partners/subvendors
  • Implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes, and methods for service operations activities (technically and/or commercially) for assigned organizational unit
  • Identify and support relevant training and development measures for staff
  • Responsible for Health & Safety of all members of the assigned organizational unit
Desired Background and Personal Attributes:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree within business or relevant technical field
  • Technical aptitude and interest in automation control systems would be an advantage
  • Relevant working experience from a service provider organization
  • Documented management experience, preferably with experience from driving change management
  • Experience from developing and implementing new digital services and offerings would be an advantage
  • Ambition and desire to further develop as a leader
  • Strong commercial drive, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Norwegian and English
