About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food services to our clients, ensuring high-quality standards, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee food service operations at assigned locations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective food service management programs, including vendor management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage catering and hospitality services for designated clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage food program spend and financials, developing recommendations to improve budget plans and optimize resources.
  • Partner with vendors to plan, design, and implement comprehensive culinary-based nutrition and wellness programs, including awareness events, classes, and demonstrations.
  • Anticipate and respond to client needs and concerns, ensuring no safety or security incidents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, inquiries, and issues related to food services.
  • Ensure procedures and audits are designed to identify and escalate risks and issues, maintaining a high level of customer service at all points of contact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five to ten years of progressive experience in foodservice/hospitality management.
  • Proficient communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong vendor management experience, with a focus on contract management, customer service, and people development.
  • Exhibits strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
