Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our hotel remains spotless and welcoming.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the housekeeping department and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
  • Plan and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our rooms and common areas
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for sustainability and customer satisfaction
