About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for Europe, responsible for driving sales growth across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's expansion into international markets.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales, with experience in the seafood industry being highly advantageous. They will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct sales to existing and new customers across Europe
  2. Preparing documentation for sales/purchase orders
  3. Building and maintaining customer relationships
  4. Continuous market analysis and development for seafood in European markets
  5. Conducting customer visits, attending trade shows, and participating in market activities
  6. Forecasting and planning
  7. Identifying risks and financial implications of activities
  8. Regularly assessing sales performance in terms of profitability for the company

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Industry knowledge and experience in international seafood sales are highly desirable.
