About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime. As a Sales Manager for Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the commercial maritime market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the digital solutions market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to regional sales representatives to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • University or technical college degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or IT.
  • Proven sales experience in the maritime or oil and gas industries, with a strong track record of sales growth and revenue achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
