About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Quinyx. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle, working closely with buyers to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for Quinyx to add value.

You will be responsible for designing the solution vision, presenting demonstrations, and defining the high-level scope of the solution. Your technical expertise and business acumen will enable you to drive the sales process from a technical standpoint, working closely with the sales team to influence and provide credibility to C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand buyer business challenges and define the solution vision that showcases the value of Quinyx.
  • Contribute to the qualification of buyers, proposed demonstration criteria, and sales cycle closure plans.
  • Work with buyers to determine how Quinyx fits into their overall technology strategy.
  • Craft a story using in-depth product knowledge to provide functional and technical solutions to customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Work with the Product, R&D, and Professional Services teams to provide feedback on current products and input to new solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to craft RFI/RFP submissions and answer security questionnaires.
  • Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of the Quinyx product and your buyers' industry trends.
Requirements
  • Dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership audience.
  • Experience in diagnosing complex business challenges and leading the process of defining the solution.
  • Background in a broad range of solutions, such as Workforce Management, HCM, Task Management, Payroll, LMS, or other SaaS software.
  • Professionalism and passion in supporting our mission to improve the work lives of the frontline workforce.
  • Be curious. Be very curious.
  • A true team player with a willingness to share knowledge and experience.

  • Fluent in Norwegian.
