Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support strategic sales efforts across our core markets and key accounts, working closely with our strategic accounts and regional sales teams.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth and expand market reach.
  3. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management, master's degree preferred.
  2. 5-10+ years in business development or commercial development positions within the new energies or climate tech sectors, preferably in carbon capture & storage and/or direct air capture project development.
  3. Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, energy markets, and environmental regulations.
  4. Demonstrated experience in successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets with large capital projects.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
