Som Avdelingsleder i H&M Group vil du tilbringe 80% av tiden din der det skjer – på shopfloor. Ikke bare fordi det er gøy, men også for å støtte og lede kollegene dine til å oppnå resultater og inspirere kunder til å fortsette å komme tilbake. Ansvarsområder

  • Sikre at butikkens rutiner og beste praksis følges i avdelingen din og i hele butikken.
  • Øke salg og lønnsomhet ved å utarbeide en plan for å levere en fantastisk kundeopplevelse.
  • Styrke teamet ved å oppmuntre til tilbakemeldinger.
  • Sørge for at du har et flott team og støtt deres utvikling. Du arbeider aktivt med planlegging, talentutvikling og strukturert prestasjonsstyring for teamet ditt basert på resultater, verdier og ledelse.
  • Håndtere og fylle på klær på shopfloor og lageret.

  • En salgsinnstilling der du jobber mot felles suksess i et hektisk miljø.
  • Evne til å lede; du samarbeider med butikkledelsesteamet for å optimalisere butikkresultater, rutiner, rekruttering og utvikling. Du skaper et godt team ved å være en leder som hjelper alle med å forstå viktigheten av alles bidrag til felles suksess.
  • Forståelse for hvordan man analyserer tall og utformer planer for å maksimere salg for å sikre at teamet ditt alltid gir våre kunder den beste kundeopplevelsen.
