Miele Professional søker deg som vil kombinere teknisk ledelse med praktisk arbeid ute hos kunder.

I denne spennende kombinasjonsrollen får du både være Technical Manager for HCS-segmentet (HoReCa, Care og Self Service) og Field Service Technician. Du får ansvar for teknisk utvikling og opplæring av serviceavdelingen, samtidig som du utfører service og installasjoner – en perfekt miks for deg som liker å være hands-on og samtidig bidra strategisk.

Hva du skal gjøre:

  • Planlegge og holde opplæring for teknikere og servicepartnere
  • Gi teknisk support og veiledning
  • Analysere serviceinnspill og bidra til forbedringer
  • Delta i utviklingsprosjekter og samarbeide med salg og serviceledelse
  • Utføre reparasjoner, installasjoner og serviceavtaler
  • Dokumentere arbeid og bestille nødvendige deler

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har fagbrev innen elektro (Gruppe R eller L). Høyere utdanning eller relevant erfaring er et pluss
  • Har førerkort klasse B
  • Liker både planlegging og praktisk arbeid
  • Er strukturert, løsningsorientert og god på dokumentasjon
  • Har gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk
  • Har sterk IT-kompetanse og interesse for teknologi
  • Ønsker å bidra til vekst og utvikling

Du er trygg, serviceinnstilt og faglig sterk. Du liker å lære og dele kunnskap, og trives både alene og i team. Du har et øye for detaljer og evner å se helheten. Du er komfortabel med å stå foran andre og formidle teknisk innsikt.
