WHO ARE YOU?
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred, but not required).
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers.
- Ability to structure journeys, set up experiments and measure uplift.
- Comfortable working with data, segment building, event logic and eligibility rules.
- Familiarity with email/push best practices and deliverability fundamentals.

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?
As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, your goal is to build a modern CRM engine across our recommerce brands (FINN, Tori, DBA, Blocket), creating automated journeys that meaningfully shift activation, retention and reactivation.
Your focus areas revolve around:
Design and optimize lifecycle journeys
- Build, launch and iterate automated journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation and loyalty.
- Use RFM segments, ML signals and behavioral triggers to deliver the right message at the right time.
- Ensure journeys are measurable, structured and performance-driven.
Scale personalization and messaging
- Partner with AI and data teams to leverage recommendations, predicted categories and dynamic content.
- Create message variants and testing structures that improve relevance and conversion.
- Ensure consistency across email, push, in-app and emerging channels.
Run experiments and improve performance
- Set up A/B tests and structured experiments across journeys and segments.
- Build clean control vs. exposed groups with accurate uplift measurement.
Analyze results, generate insights and iterate quickly.
Strengthen CRM foundations
- Improve data availability, journey logic, event structures and eligibility criteria.
- Help shape CRM processes, documentation and governance.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Data and AI teams to remove blockers and scale impact.
Drive insights that shape communication strategy
- Identify high-value segments and opportunities for incremental uplift.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for journey and campaign improvements.

"Hi, I'm Petra Sjöberg and I lead the Media and Growth team in Marketing Recommerce. You'll join a tight-knit team working across FINN, Blocket, DBA and Tori to build a CRM engine that actually moves the needle and helps more people choose second-hand first.
Day to day we work hands-on and agile, support each other, celebrate wins and share learnings. We care about our brands and about making sustainable, circular choices the easy default across the Nordics.
You'll also be part of a strong, experienced CRM community in-house, and join forces with the Growth Product Manager in the Recommerce Product Growth team to connect journeys with what we're building in the product and unlock even more value from our marketplaces.
As a leader, I care about clarity, ownership and open, honest communication. You'll have real responsibility, but never be on your own: you'll have a team (and me) backing you as you design and optimize journeys that make a difference for millions of users."
