You? A hands-on digital marketer who thrives on executing impactful digital marketing campaigns from setup to optimization to insights & learnings.

Role? As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Real Estate Squad, responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth for our brands in the Real Estate vertical. The role is a 1 year fixed term position.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written, as you'll create and adapt campaigns for local audiences. You're also confident in English, which is the official language across the company.
  • A hands-on performance marketer with 3+ years of experience in running successful marketing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic display platforms.
  • Data driven and result-oriented comfortable using analytical tools and dashboards (we use Amplitude and Tableau) for targeting and segmentation as well as gaining results and insights for improving campaign performance on key success metrics.
  • A team player with a creative and solution-orientated mindset — you make things happen and love testing new formats, tools, and techniques to find what works best.
  • Prior experience from the real estate industry or marketplaces is a plus.

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?

As our Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate), you'll be the go-to expert for executing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions for our Real Estate products and brands. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, email, search engines and display advertising.
  • Create and curate engaging digital content, including articles, social media updates, infographics and display banners.
  • Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise campaign performance.
  • Building and maintaining performance dashboards in Amplitude to track results and extract insights.
  • Staying ahead of digital trends, tools, and AI developments that can take our marketing efforts to the next level.
