Vi er en fin gjeng teknologer samlet i våre nye og flotte lokaler i Bergen sentrum. Miljøet er i vekst og vi trenger nå å styrke oss med flere dyktige medarbeidere innen test og QA. Hos oss fokuserer vi på et smidig utviklingsoppsett basert på SAFe, og utvikling gjøres i kryssfunksjonelle team satt sammen fra hele verdikjeden vår. Vi er nå i gang med en fullstendig ombygging av vår teknologiplattform og du vil ha en avgjørende rolle for at vi når våre ambisiøse mål de kommende årene.

 

Du blir en del av vårt voksende QA-miljø og vil være ansvarlig for å sikre at vårt raske, smidige utviklingsløp leverer tjenester av høy kvalitet til våre kunder. Du vil bli en kvalitetschampion i ditt agile team og dyrke fram en kultur der hele teamet tar eierskap til kvalitet. Du vil sikre balanse mellom utviklingshastighet og kvalitet for de applikasjonene du er ansvarlig for.

 

Denne rollen innebærer tett samarbeid med forretningsressurser, utviklere og driftspersonell i vår smidige leveransekjede. Vi tenker at du ivrer for kvalitet, er analytisk og har en genuin interesse for teknologi og forretningsprosesser.

 

Hva vil du gjøre?
 

Dette vil være aktuelle ansvarsområder for deg som del av våre smidige team:

  • Gi tidlig feedback på spesifikasjoner, user stories og akseptansekriterier
  • Designe, planlegge og gjennomføre manuelle og automatiske tester
  • Utarbeide test caser og vedlikeholde testsuiten
  • Gjennomføre risikobasert testing
  • Identifisere, registrere, prioritere og følge opp feil
  • Dokumentere testresultater og rapportere disse

Hvem er du?

 

Vi ønsker at du kan krysse av på de fleste av disse kvalifikasjonene:

  • En relevant utdannelse innen IT
  • Erfaring med smidige utviklingsmetoder
  • Kompetanse innen test og kvalitetssikring av programvare
  • Det er en fordel med erfaring innen automatiseringsverktøy
  • God muntlig og skriftlig i Norsk og Engelsk
