Your role will be critical in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations., with special with special focus on food safety and workplace health and safety. 
  • Perform internal and supplier audits.
  • Support risk management and implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with Legal requirements and certified standards.
  • Support the Health and Safety as well as the Food Safety organization.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Relevant degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also qualify.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to logistics, energy sector, warehouse management, manufacturing, production, QSHE, or FMCG.
  • ISO certifications related to health, safety, and environmental management are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and/or food safety standards are preferred.
  • Experience in performing internal audits and supplier/customer satisfaction audits. Certification as quality/lead auditor is preferred .
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills. Experience with electronic quality management systems and non-conformity management system is required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
