What would be your role?
Focus on building the industry-leading sustainability reporting and management platform.
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
Conduct UX research, design workflows, and test prototypes with users.
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, customer success, and sustainability teams.
Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Design and ship high-quality product improvements.
We would love it if you have:
4+ years of experience as a product designer
2+ years of experience in designing complex applications for specialized domains and the ability to transform complexity into simple, modern, and user-friendly solutions.
A portfolio displaying 2-5 case studies with described design processes, outcomes, and impact.
Experience and familiarity with various research methodologies, with a desire to learn about users and their challenges.
Great attention to detail and an eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout.
Proficiency with Figma and/or other design tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain your design decisions.
A willingness to be a hands-on contributor and dive into the nitty-gritty of the challenging combination of users, business, and regulatory needs.
While it is not required, it isanother advantage if you also have:
Experience building design systems (not UI-Kits).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the ability to work closely with developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
