We are a small team managing the Front-to-Back (F2B) Corporate Lending domain, at the centre of Nordea’s strategy and future ways of working. We report into BB COO, but work in partnership with teams across the corporate lending value chain (BB, LC&I, GCM, Operations, Group Architecture and Group Technology). We drive the corporate lending process development backlog and prioritisation; help prepare business cases and follow up on deliveries and KPIs; drive selected initiatives; and faciliate the F2B corporate lending governance forums.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Front-To-Back Corporate Lending domain, a recently established function which is jointly sponsored by Business Banking and Large Corporates & Institutions. Our mission is to make Nordea the leading corporate lending bank in the Nordics, by significantly improving the process performance in terms of lead times, quality and productivity. 


What you’ll be doing:

Driving the implementation of the overall F2B strategic agenda as well as selected key initiatives  Facilitating executive decision-making by developing high quality analyses, presentations and other decision materials Helping F2B execution teams to develop and mature ideas, prioritise, solve problems and remove or escalate roadblocks Facilitating discussions to support stakeholder alignment and action Analysing processes and data; develop and present business insights and recommendations based on the findings  Reporting and following-up on progress and deliveries


We are now looking for an experienced Business Change Driver to join the team. The role can be based in any of the Nordic countries.

Your experience and background:

Degree level qualifictaion Professional level in English; any Nordic language is an advantage Proficient in using Excel and Powerpoint and ideally, also some knowledge of Power BI Previous working experience as management consultant Ideally, also some experience of working at the intersection of business, IT and architecture  Experience in Agile ways of working  Knowledge of Nordea’s corporate lending processes and products and credit risk frameworks is an advantage
