Leveraging Wolt's extensive delivery network and a wide array of restaurant and retail partnerships, we aim to enhance employee satisfaction, foster team collaboration, and streamline the organization of office events.

Your Role

We are in search of a proactive Enterprise Sales Manager to help us drive the growth of Wolt for Work. In this position, you will be responsible for expanding Wolt's corporate Enterprise partnership portfolio throughout Norway and the Nordic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales acquisition process from start to finish.
  • Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Act as a solutions provider for client needs, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Utilize data analysis to derive insights that enhance sales acquisition strategies and optimize the sales process.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless and effective outcomes for both the business and our clients.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create strategic alliances, participate in events, and develop an effective acquisition pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our Nordic offices to close regional deals successfully.

Our Expectations

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in B2B or enterprise environments; experience in startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
  • A proven history of successfully closing Enterprise deals.
  • The ability to craft compelling narratives to engage clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confident presentation abilities; you should excel in delivering impactful demonstrations.
  • A high level of ambition and intrinsic motivation, complemented by a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a proactive attitude towards taking necessary actions.
  • Organized and methodical work habits, including proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Creativity and persistence in addressing and resolving client challenges.
  • A true advocate for company culture, demonstrating teamwork and data-driven decision-making, while embodying humility and respect.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
