About the Role:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency with the ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
