About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts across various industry segments.

Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding partnerships, while also engaging with new potential customers to introduce them to our offerings. You will have the opportunity to maintain accounts and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and marketing teams to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
  • Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas to ensure customer implementations are wildly successful.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Enterprise software sales across multiple business functions within the executive level of a customer.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and present.
  • Confidence in building a diverse territory plan and familiarity in leveraging a sales ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business and thriving in high-velocity situations.
  • Motivated and tenacious self-starter with a strong ability to deliver high performance against quota.
