Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will have the primary responsibility for ensuring a successful implementation of our smart fire protection and water leak detection cloud platform solution for housing associations, specifically apartment blocks and flats. You will ensure the customer receives a solution that works and is in accordance with the agreement and expectations.
The successful candidate will have the main responsibility for deliveries to our customers according to the agreed technical specifications, at the agreed price and within the agreed schedule. You ensure that we have the right resources and that we use these in the best possible way - for the customer and for us.
You will manage all service assignments and have a close dialogue with our customers and suppliers and have first-hand knowledge of our products.
The Customer Success Manager will also help shape our working methods. We are constantly looking for better ways to handle implementation and customer support and you will be a central person in this work.
JOB DUTIES:
• Ensure efficiency and quality of installations, whether we do it ourselves or via partners
• Inspections at potential customers in connection with sales and in advance of installations
• Planning the necessary and optimal network solution for installations
• Logistics: Orders, management, distribution and transport of equipment
• Manage relationships with equipment suppliers, installers/fitters and other partners, including assisting with negotiation and follow-up of agreements
• Plan, manage and report progress and deviations in the projects
• Be the driving force to move the projects forward
• Ensure good service to existing customers
YOU MUST HAVE:
• At least 2 years' project management experience and / or experience fulfilling a similar previously
• Interest in and understanding of technology
• Product, hardware, or software installation experience
• Education in ICT and or certificate/apprenticeship in Electrical and/or Installation

• Experience from alarm and/or network solutions is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement
• A customer-oriented and service-oriented approach
• Results- and quality-oriented, strong ownership of own and the team's results
• Desire to keep up to date within relevant technology
• Good collaboration skills and likes to work in a team

With our own Norwegian-developed Sfty Sense, a multi-detector for smoke, motion, temperature and humidity, and our control portal Sfty Control, we won an innovation award in the USA (CES) in 2017, as the only company from the Nordics in the Smart Home category. We have later developed a collective water leak notification in collaboration with Resideo.
With an increasing number of customers, we are now looking for a skilled and committed Customer Success Manager to plan and implement installations of our solutions with new customers and for follow-up and support of existing customers.
