Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- Relevant higher education with experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of success in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex customer feedback and develop actionable insights.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English languages.
