We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of our marketing automation solution. We are just now launching our new Marketing Premium solution to the market
In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our marketing product portfolio, enabling businesses to automate their marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, and achieve measurable results. If you have a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of marketing technologies, we definitely want to hear from you
Your role
As a product manager, you’ll be busy…
Driving the strategic direction of our digital marketing offering
Understanding and documenting market needs, capturing all perspectives, along with underlying requirements Analysing customer feedback to identify trends and directions Facilitating stakeholder meetings across markets and categorising outcomes into actionable initiatives Developing business cases for key initiatives Initiating pricing and packaging initiatives Driving the development of the marketing product portfolio roadmap Taking products to market
Collaborating across teams
Working closely with product owners in SuperOffice R&D and the marketing team to ensure alignment and shared knowledge Engaging with commercial teams, including sales teams, consulting teams, and partner teams, to ensure they are well-informed on our product portfolio from a business perspective

A master's or bachelor's degree within digital marketing At least 3 years of extensive experience working with marketing automation platforms Passion for and deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing technologies The ability to present key content with passion and engagement to various audiences Strong skills in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and teams A structured and methodical approach to managing a product portfolio Fluency in either Norwegian or Swedish and excellent English skills
