Vi søker en talentfull og motivert Assistant Head Chef til vårt energiske kjøkkenteam. Er du en kokk med ledererfaring som elsker å jobbe i høyt tempo? Hva skal du gjøre?

Som Assistant Head Chef på hotellet vil du være en faglig leder for den daglige driften på vårt hovedkjøkken som består av frokost, lunsj, bankett, pastry og Hub Bar . Og være en stedfortreder for vår Executive Head Chef. Samtidig skal du ha ansvar for å styre og lede Souschefs og ansatte i kjøkkenteamet, og følge opp den generelle kvaliteten på arbeidet.  

 

Som Assistant Head Chef på hotellet vil arbeidsoppgavene dine hovedsakelig være: 

 

  • Styre og lede skift inkludert pauseavvikling
  • Se til at mat av høy kvalitet blir levert til rett tid
  • Produsere mat iht bestilling 
  • Bidra til at mål for varekostnad blir fulgt
  • Bidra kreativt til menyutvikling 
  • Ansvarlig for at renholdsplanen følges  
  • Følge opp kvalitet og presentasjon
  • Bidra til et høyt servicenivå i tett dialog med resten av teamet
  • Du vil være ansvarlig for opp til 50 personer 



Arbeidstid vil innebære skiftarbeid både på hverdager og helg. Stillingen rapporteres til   Executive Head Chef.

Hvem er du?

 

  • Du har erfaring som leder og er vant til fokus på høy kvalitet og service i en travel hverdag. 
  • Det er ønskelig at du har fagbrev som kokk i tillegg til relevant ledererfaring  2-5 år.
  • Du er en dyktig kokk med god struktur og organisering av ditt arbeid.
  • Du har stor lidenskap for nordiske og lokale råvarer.
  • Du motiveres av å være i et kreativt miljø og er klar til å komme med innspill.
  • Du liker å lede andre mennesker og er god på å tilpasse deg den du snakker med.
