About this opportunity

As the Senior Compliance Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that Nordea operates in accordance with financial crime regulations and supervisory expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

Drive and support Financial Crime risk management framework Drive annual review of financial crime risk metrics  Drive and support implementation of a newly designed financial crime risk metrics Oversee 1st line processes regarding financial crime risk metrics Take on new initiatives which need to be addressed from financial crime risk perspective


You'll join a team which plays an important role in financial crime risks management. The team is spread across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Poland. The role is based in Warszawa; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm; Tallinn.

Your experience and background: 

Minimum of 4+ years work experience in Financial Crime Compliance  Proven track record on execution Previous experience with design/review/setting of compliance risk framework components such as risk metrics and risk appetite. Strong English written and spoken communication skills Nordic local language skills is not a requirement
