About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled License Compliance Specialist to join our team at The Qt Company. As a License Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' compliance with Qt's licensing terms and conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective licensing strategies to minimize legal risk and ensure customer compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on licensing requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough license compliance audits to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data on Qt usage and provide actionable insights to inform licensing decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or law.
  • Multiple years of experience in software licensing, compliance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with software development tools, including IDEs and code repositories.
  • Familiarity with open-source software, third-party licensing, and license compliance governance.
